- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding equipment orders.
- Prepare and present quotations or proposals, ensuring clear communication with customers, supporting and in coordination with the Sales Engineers.
- Utilize proactive sales management tools to support and enhance sales activities.
- Promote and sell products across the full range of service offerings.
- Coordinate with customers, and the credit collection team to ensure timely payments. Always coordinating with the Sales Engineers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate outbound leads through campaigns, including re-engaging inactive accounts via email or phone.
- Identifying customer pain points to better align solutions with their needs.
- Transfer qualified leads and promising opportunities to the Senior Sales Engineer (SSE) for further engagement.
- Provide support in order processing by coordinating between Sales Engineers and the Supply Chain team.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including data analysis and ensuring data quality.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- Background in sales support or technical sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in quotation preparation and documentation
- Familiar with sales tools and CRM platforms
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Able to identify customer needs and generate leads
