- Manage Microsoft Office 365 environments (SharePoint, Exchange, and tenant administration)
- Perform user lifecycle management:
- Create and delete user accounts
- Reset passwords
- Assign or remove licenses
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Block/unblock user sign-ins
- Manage shared mailboxes and distribution lists
- Grant or revoke mailbox permissions and delegations
- Create SharePoint sites and manage permissions
- Adjust SharePoint and Microsoft Teams memberships
- Set up and configure Windows devices
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware
- Configure VoIP phone systems:
- Set up extensions and call routing
- Update address books and voicemail boxes
- Adjust time-based call settings
- Handle telephone account provisioning:
- Setup or cancel SIM/eSIM
- Prepare number port-ins
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
- Coordinate ordering and cancellation of internet services
- At least 3years proven experience in IT Support or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration
- Experience with VoIP systems and basic networking
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to follow instructions independently
- Experience working in a remote or ticket-based support environment
