As the Head of Commercial, you will be the primary architect of the company’s revenue growth and market expansion. This strategic leadership role requires a high-level executive to oversee sales, business development, and brand partnerships. You will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into actionable commercial strategies, ensuring the sustainable profitability of our diverse portfolio while fostering long-term, high-value relationships with institutional and corporate partners.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to increase market share and revenue across all commercial streams.Revenue & Growth: Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets through aggressive client acquisition and lead generation.Partnership Management: Secure and manage high-profile sponsorships for major events, co-productions, and brand activations.Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored presentations and pitches to C-suite stakeholders.Commercial Operations: Oversee contract negotiations, pricing structures, billing, and collection processes to ensure seamless service delivery.Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activity to guide data-driven commercial decisions.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: At least 10 years of experience in commercial or business development leadership, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in Operations.Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in retail, FMCG, distribution, or large-scale event sponsorship.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex corporate accounts.Skills: Exceptional analytical, multitasking, and organizational abilities; expert-level negotiation and communication skills.
