Duties And Responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Financial Controller to join our management team. This role will be instrumental in managing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's growth. While there are no direct reports, this position requires a high level of independence, accountability, and strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes Perform bank and account reconciliations Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable Minimum Requirements Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Education: Bachelor&aposs Degree (ideally) Experience: 3-5+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred. Proven experience (3- 5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles. QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus U.S. market experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
