This is where youu0026rsquoll shine: Handle invoicing for import shipments Register incoming shipments meticulously Collaborate closely with agents or CSOs to promptly address any discrepancies identified in documents or any job-related concerns Send Arrival Notices to customers or their designated brokers Manage and maintain detailed workflow, milestones, and job notes Provide essential support in resolving any documentation issues that may arise Update and maintain accurate follow-up reports Facilitate booking creation and updates Document uploading and updating of external notes Facilitate the posting of Agentu0027s Invoice and Creditoru0027s Invoice, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
