Role Overview:We are seeking a talented Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is aremote working position with a requirement to operate within UK hours. As part of ourteam, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client services using ourproprietary software, conducting fault investigations and diagnostics, providing first andsecond line technical support, and contributing to technical transformation projects.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain client services using our software platformConduct fault investigations and diagnostics to identify and resolve technicalissues promptlyProvide first and second line technical support to our clientsCollaborate effectively as part of a technical transformation team to migrateservices from legacy software to next-generation systemsParticipate in an on-call support rota for out-of-hours assistanceRequirements:Excellent written and spoken English skillsNetwork Engineering or Database Operations experienceProcess management / Project Team experienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work UK hours and participate in on-call support rotaAdvantageous Skills and ExperienceTelephony systems, especially IP TelephonyUK or US customer facing roleProduction of Technical Support documentation
