- Manage phone calls and handle all types of correspondence, including emails, letters, and forms.
- Attend meetings, take clear and detailed notes, and share minutes as needed.
- Keep track of projects and maintain organized schedules.
- Minimum of 3 years as an Administrative or Virtual Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, Gmail, and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
