Develop a deep understanding of the target market and competitors to inform product positioning strategies. Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product capabilities. Go-to-Market Planning, Strategies and Execution: Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market plans for lead and demand generation, product launches and updates. Create and implement effective budget strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness and ensure ROI. Execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate demand and attract qualified leads. Utilize a mix of digital marketing, content creation, events, and other channels to reach target audiences. Implement strategies for lead nurturing, conversion, and retention to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure Leads nurturing and conversion,seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction. SKILLS NEEDED: Product Knowledge & Technical Understanding, Market Research & Analysis, Content Creation & Messaging, Cross-functional Collaboration, Campaign Management & Lead Generation, Digital Marketing Expertise, Event & Webinar Coordination, Data-Driven Decision Making POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge of CRM tools, and other productivity tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to use creative tools like: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, canva etc Able to use Marketing tools like: Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Facebook and Linkedin Analytics/ Insights, LinkedIn Sales Nav, GoogleSuite tools Solid computer skills, including MS office other design software Social Media Skill Savvy is a plus Basic Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Experience in B2B is an advantage; but not a requirement Can be a new graduate as long as capability requirements are met BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or Creative Design field Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus Has experience in collaborating with 3rd party vendors/suppliers
