
Client Support Specialist

- At least 3 years in the BPO industry
- Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
- Appointment setting background and other similar roles is a PLUS
- Preferably with a background in Customer Service
- Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
- Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, industry
- Excellennoise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
- Back-up power/internet is a plus
- Long-term/full-time position
- Salary offer is at 31,391.08 gross
