We need network analysts to start working onsite in BGC, Taguig ASAP.About the job IT Assistant Manager - Technology/Network Analyst (BGC Taguig) | OnsiteWork Setup: Onsite (BGC Taguig)Summary:We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst (L2) with strong expertise in Cisco network technologies and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work extensively with Cisco products for design, deployment, and support, while also managing Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint appliances. This role requires close collaboration with the IT support team to ensure optimal performance of a high-traffic network environment while maintaining system integrity and compliance.Key requirements:
  • Must be amenable to working in shifting schedules
  • Must be able to work onsite at BGC Taguig US Shifts
  • Immediate start preferred
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network administration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Configuration & Maintenance:
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching; install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices such as ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, and Cisco AnyConnect.
  • Security Compliance & Audit:
  • Maintain network security and compliance by applying security patches, updating IOS, reviewing audit logs, and enforcing access controls.
  • Participate in IT security audits and mitigate risks and findings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Assess network performance to meet business requirements and recommend upgrades.
  • Plan for hardware/software upgrades and replacements.
  • ITIL Process Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices including capacity management, change management, vendor management, and incident management.
  • Perform disaster recovery operations as required.
  • Support & Availability:
  • Provide 24x7 support availability with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Documentation:
  • Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning.
  • Prepare and present networking reports.
Certifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Required
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Required
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and security appliances.
  • Experience in Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and compliance standards.
