- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize and coordinate daily schedules with foresight and efficiency
- Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and follow-up action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Draft and respond to emails and communications on behalf of leadership
- Organize documents, reports, and internal processes
- Anticipate operational gaps and proactively solve problems
- Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders
- Track key deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has strong common sense and good judgment
- Can discern privacy-sensitive information and handle confidential matters responsibly
- Communicates clearly and professionally (written and verbal)
- Thinks through processes before executing
- Has strong memory and follow-through
- Is service-oriented and takes pride in supporting others
- Can multitask without compromising quality

- Takes ownership and responsibility seriously
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives;
- Background in hospitality, operations, consulting, or high-service environments;
- Experience managing travel, events, and high-level coordination;
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
