We are a growing software company with a fully remote team seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. We value reliability, organization, and strong communication skills in our tea mbers.Responsibilities
- Gather and summarize work reports from various tea mbers
- Perform accurate data entry and management
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across different time zones
- Manage email correspondence
- Assist with calendar management
- Support the CEO and leadership team with administrative tasks
- Handle various small projects as assignedRequirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant (preferably for a software company)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationNice to Have
