Your Role As a CloudOps Engineer , you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems. Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration. Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives. Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations. Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms and services, influencing operational strategies and objectives. Spearhead engineering projects and programs to drive technical excellence. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud); design/architecting experience is a plus. Proven experience integrating DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) and deploying with platforms like Kubernetes. Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support, particularly with systems platforms, infrastructure, and services. AWS or other relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
