We are seeking a proactive and strategic US Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for US-based roles. This role plays a key part in creating a high-touch, white glove candidate experience while partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through hire.Partner with business leaders and HR to develop data-driven sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.Monitor industry trends and market shifts to recommend creative recruiting solutions.Train and advise internal stakeholders on sourcing best practices and tools for effective talent selection.Foster strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably supporting US roles.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.Experience in building pipelines and recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
