The position is primarily responsible for ensuring relevance of the Customer Value proposition of the assigned Credit, Debit, Prepaid or Personal Loans portfolio and ensures the portfolio's growth performance and profitability. Responsibilities Ensures delivery of the customer value proposition of the assigned set of products. Demonstrates deep understanding of the needs and wants of the various customer segments, monitors competitive activity, identifies new trends and opportunities to be able to develop new products, process or enhance existing card portfolio. Drives the product suite's brand health to increase awareness, trial, and usage. Conceptualizes and implements communication materials such as proposals, sales presentations, sales kits and other internal/external communication materials needed to acquire new customers or boost usage. Delivers the profitability of the assigned set of products. Presents and obtains approval for annual plans, targets and new product programs with the Department Head - Product Development and Management and Division Head. Responsible for financial tracking of Marketing Programs budget allocations. Proactively identifies opportunities for product improvements and participates in the development of new product features and ensures successful launching. Organizes and manages the team to achieve optimum performance, including assignments of projects/programs, hiring of new and replacement officers/staff, promotions and job rotations. Collaborates closely with the other divisions/departments within the Unsecured Leading and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communication courses. Must have at least 2 years background in Financial Services industry. Must have 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising/ media relations, or related functions. Knowledge of consumer research methodologies, data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and familiarity with banking products, especially consumer loans. Show more Show less
