The goal of this role is to generate leads using Facebook Ads, streamline and simplify the sales pipeline, identify and fix breaks, gather feedback from the sales team, and ultimately increase revenue by improving efficiency.
This is a full-time, execution-focused position where you'll work primarily with Facebook Ads and Go High Level automations, while collaborating closely with our AI experts and operations manager. You'll also play a key role in keeping systems clean, organized, and running at peak performance.
You will be working directly with our Tech Team and AI Team.Your Work Will Involve:Facebook Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization for both client and internal campaigns.Go High Level CRM and automation management - ensuring pipelines, triggers, and workflows run smoothly.Working alongside AI experts and operations manager to implement marketing systems.Troubleshooting and fixing issues in automations, campaigns, and workflows before they cause problems.Sales pipeline oversight - ensuring leads are tracked, nurtured, and followed up.System clean-up - improving processes and keeping everything organized.If this sounds like your kind of role, apply here:Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook Ads campaigns from start to finish.Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Go High Level automations.Collaborate with AI experts on campaign execution.Support the operations manager in managing workflows and client deliverables.Maintain system efficiency and resolve any issues in real-time.Provide regular performance reports and suggestions for improvement.Requirements
