This is a remote position.OVERVIEW:The Client is an Australian-based shopfitting and commercial interior fit out company delivering projects across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The business operates in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality drawing packages for construction.This role is a senior-level position responsible for owning the full drawing production process. The successful candidate will work closely with the Australian Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving. This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and accountability.JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:Drawing Production & Project Ownership

Own and manage full drawing production for retail shopfitting and fitout projects

Produce detailed drawings including elevations, plans, sections, and construction details

Interpret client briefs, concept sketches, and site measurements with minimal direction

Project Coordination & Revisions

Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize workload effectively

Implement revisions from clients and builders accurately and efficiently

Complete revisions within the same day when received before noon

Quality Control & Problem Solving

Proactively identify and flag scope gaps or constructability issues

Ensure drawing accuracy to minimize errors and rework

Maintain high standards aligned with construction requirements

Documentation & Communication

Maintain and update drawing registers with strict version control

Communicate directly with the Australian Project Manager for priorities and updates

Provide clear and professional written communication

REQUIRED APPLICATIONS & PLATFORMS:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Revit or other BIM tool

Project management platforms

Internal drawing standards and file systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Minimum 5+ years experience in: Commercial joinery, Shopfitting,Retail fitout drafting

Mandatory portfolio of shopfitting or joinery drawing sets

Proven ability to independently complete full drawing sets from brief to construction

Strong written English communication skills

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact site work

Experience working with Australian or international clients/builders

Background in shopfitting companies, joinery workshops, or fitout contractors

Work From Home Setup

40 hours per week

8:00am – 5:00pm AEST/AEDT

Must have strong overlap with Australian working hours

Laptop/Desktop (minimum 16GB RAM, i7 or equivalent recommended)

Stable high-speed internet connection

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Salary: ₱95,000/month
