Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manage the updating of ADO boards.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or related talent acquisition systems is a plus.
