This position aims to ensure that continuous process improvement within Crewing organization is prioritized and being actioned in a structured and efficient manner. Hence, it is expected that aspiring applicants must be knowledgeable in lean six sigma and other process improvement methodology.In addition, Crewing is a global organization and is interacting with different stakeholders in the wider Fleet Management and Technology organization. As such, it is expected that aspiring applicants must have a strong command in the English language as it is expected that collaboration and communication from different teams across different locations will and must happen.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a culture of continuous improvement across the Crewing organisation, embedding best practices and efficiency-focused mindsetsMap, review, and optimise end-to-end processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable seamless handovers across Crewing teamsEnsure process stability by monitoring adherence to agreed standards and identifying gaps or deviations for corrective actionFoster strong collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in processes and ways of workingSupport business performance through process automation, and the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-makingAnalyse and interpret operational data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholdersIdentify, propose, and implement cost optimisation initiatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Crewing organisationWhat we are looking forAt least 5 years of experience in process improvement rolesHighly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong process-driven mindsetSolid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply them to drive continuous improvementCollaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environmentsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholdersProficient in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation solutions to drive efficiency and data-led decision-makingMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
