About the job Salesperson / Sales Agent (Luxury Cars)Job Description:ProspectingIdentifying prospective customer.Building referrals from existing clientele.Submits all names of prospective customers to the responsible encoding officer.Conduct sales calls through phone calls, visits, and saturation drives.Entertains walk-in clients and phone-in inquiries at the showroom or at off-site roadshow exhibits.Diligently and regularly prepares and submits the Sales Itinerary Report every Monday before the Group Sales Rally at 9:00 a.m.Prepares and submits a filled out Daily Sales Activity Report (DSAR) for daily monitoring of Sales and Distribution Department.Prepares and submits Official Business Forms before a sales call.Prepares and submits a weekly summary of DSAR to Sales and Distribution head for analysis and evaluation of sales activities.To be abreast with the current information on the automotive industry and particularly that concerning competitor products and activities.Sales PresentationEvaluating the customers needs and Recommends Companys product and payment packages accordingly.Conducts the 6-point demonstration in accordance with the NCSD process, and presenting the features, advantages and benefits of the product and competitor.Conducts Test-drives for prospective buyers and comply with the procedures and processes for the test drive activity.Effect quality sales and only when necessary, negotiates with customers regarding the price.Offers the latest financing and insurance packages. The CSO must ensure that the client is well informed on the value of the product and discounts must be offered discriminately.Closing of SaleClosing and getting a commitment (i.e. Reservation Fee, Sales Order, Purchase Order) to purchase from the customer.Determine the availability of product before making any commitment to the customer.Prepares and submits the Sales Order Form. Make sure to collect the reservation fee or a valid Purchase Order issued by the representing company.Indicates on the Sales Order any additional requests such as accessories and special specifications.Ensure that the customer submits all required documents relating to the sale including insurance and financing requirements (when applicable).Inform the customer of a three (3) day Pre-Delivery Inspection procedure before a unit can be released.DeliveryCSOs must be able to efficiently deliver the units using the prescribed Volvo.delivery process.Coordinates with the Sales and Distribution Department regarding the schedule for the delivery of the unit at least three days before the actual delivery date subject to the availability of the unit and the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).Inspect and evaluate the condition of the unit prior to actual delivery to the customer.Explains clearly to the customer the features and operational procedures of the product including the service requirements using the Dedicated Delivery Process.Guide the customer to the Service and Parts Department areas and introduce the key Aftersales personnel.Collects the full payment for cash transactions and the down payment for financing transactions with the required PDCs and other necessary documents duly signed and accomplished.Turns over the unit to the customer, ensuring that all processes are accomplished.Post-sales ServiceFollow up with the Sales and Distribution Department the LTO registration and insurance policy.Entertains and addresses customer complaints.Assists customers on service, insurance, and warranty claims.Build and secure the Customer-CSO business relationship during the post-saleperiod otherwise known as brick walling.ReportorialPrepares and submits the Customer Record and Post Delivery Checklist every first Monday of the month.Prepares and submits a filled out Daily Sales Activity Report (DSAR) for daily monitoring of Sales and Distribution Department.Prepares and submits Official Business Forms before a sales call.Prepares and submits a weekly summary of DSAR to Sales and Distribution head for analysis and evaluation of sales activities.
