As Project Administrator (PA), you will work with the local delivery team to support the project administration ensuring compliance with systems and processes. Work Setup: Full-time; Morning shift; 3x/week onsite Makati Office Responsibilities: Setup all new projects across project delivery platforms Ensure all subcontractors are added to relevant Project Directory and have accepted invitation to the platform. Administer project related documentation through Procore including but not limited to drawings; schedules; contractor insurances; RFI's and miscellaneous documents. Manage Procore audit corrective actions and assist the team in close out of Observations raised during audits. Assist with administration and compliance of 1Breadcrumb including subcontractor assistance and on-boarding. Administer site establishment requirements including ordering and tracking of consumable items (first aid kits, water, paper etc.) Assist site team with administration of site signage both in-house and through signage contractors. Process accounts payable invoices in Jonas Premier. Assist Project Managers to resolve accounts payable invoices where further review or administration is required. Collate as-built documentation from internal and external stakeholders within 2 weeks of Practical Completion. Assist with general office administration duties including but not limited to complete weekly grocery order; organising office cleaning; assisting with events. Compile Request for Tender packages including documentation and issuing documents via dropbox links. Assist in the preparation of tender analysis including administration of subcontractor quotes and tracking tender correspondence. Role Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in project administration, office administration, or construction industry support. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Prior exposure to construction project management software (e.g., Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Jonas Premier, or similar platforms) is highly desirable. Equivalent work experience in project administration or construction support will be considered. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management and documentation control systems. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital platforms and tools. Show more Show less
