- Ensure monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) and Sales targets are met.
- Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention.
- To monitor, evaluate and ensure that customers receive the stated benefits.
- To be in charge of speed and quality of response to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity is critical to our success.
- Conduct a complete survey by ensuring all pertinent details are clearly stated.
- Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are complied with, quality standards are met
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- With at least 1 year work experience in the areas of customer service relationship and/or sales / Tele-sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Mandaue City
