We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of our utility-scale, grid-connected solar PV projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the project lifecycle, from project planning and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the Projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure all project phases are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies (e.g., Department of Energy, ERC), contractors, and suppliers. Budget and Cost Control: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and safety standards. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage the procurement of all project materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and secure all necessary permits, licenses, and clearances from local and national government units. Construction Oversight: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality assurance, and engineering designs. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Reporting: Provide regular, detailed project updates and progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related field. PMP certification is a strong advantage. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 3 years of direct experience in the development or construction of utility-scale solar or other renewable energy projects in the Philippines. Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, electrical engineering, and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes for energy projects is highly desirable. Show more Show less
