1. Field work to process the company permits & other compliance needed by the company2. Assist in End-to-end Recruitment Process (Job posting, screening, interview, selection)3. Filing of important documents4. Conduct new hire employee orientations, apprise employees of benefits options, and accurately complete requisite paperwork for a new staff member5. Support all internal & external HR-related inquiries or requests6. Respond to employee concerns7. Assist in sourcing of employees training & seminars8. Announcing holidays and other important announcements9. Handle office inventory and asset tagging10. Coordinate HR projects, meetings, company events, and other agendas11. Handle office and management billing payments12. Provide assistance to any department heads for any information, documents, or files needed13. Perform other tasks given by the Immediate Supervisor and top management
