Implements Rx (medical prescription) and sales generation, coverage of targeted doctors within assigned area, customer service and relationship marketing strategies, and follow-up of sales in targeted outlets
Grows the business in area of responsibility and gains significant market share through:

Effective implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and operations led programs for top MD clients and relevant hospital accounts

Conceptualization and execution of product-led and customized territorial programs (based on needs of MDs), including program monitoring, coordination, and evaluation * Effective customer focus/service, resource management, and relationship marketing initiatives to Customers by fulfilling needs and expectations that would help build and sustain Brand Equity and Area Business

Participates in corporate, divisional, medical and allied society functions, and provides support to CME functions through events management, detailing, product presentation, and RTD/ FGD implementation
Identifies the right Doctors for Territorial Campaigns, sustains Area Business Database, and gathers MD information updates for implementation of suitable marketing programs
Provides support in logistical arrangements regarding product delivery to doctors
Collaborates with Customer Development Specialist counterparts in fulfillment of sales
Monitors cycle of patient treatment to anticipate filling of required supplies of products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of any business-related course
With 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
Has interest to perform Sales and Marketing functions
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is results-driven and customer-oriented
