iSourceOut is seeking a Full-time Trainee Financial Analyst to assist in underwriting, financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence review of various real estate asset types. This is an entry-level position that will include rigorous training to get you into a fruitful career path within iSourceOut and the Commercial Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner that is motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong time-management skills. This is remote, graveyard shift job.Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll do:Financial analysis and underwriting using Excel and cash flow modeling software.Collect, analyze, and validate property and market information from a wide variety of online sources.Adaptability and flexibility of the process.
