Job DescriptionHuman Resources Manager - Theme Park Group, Pampanga, PhilippinesA futuristic outdoor theme park is in need of a Human Resources Manager to join its growing team. The successful candidate, directly reporting to the Theme Park Director, will be responsible in developing and implementing HR strategies, bridging management and employee relations, and heading the day to day end-to-end operations of the Human Resources Department.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related disciplineFive (5) years experience in the same role, preferably for a theme park or similar operationsDemonstrated experience in pre-openingProven leadership and management experience in human resourcesExperience in end-to-end human resources processesAbility to work in a fast paced working environmentExcellent English written and communications skillsCan deal with stakeholders and owners of the theme parkPossesses the ability to work and collaborate with different departments in the organizationWillingness to be based in PampangaFilipino candidates onlyHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply online by clicking the “I'M INTERESTED” button and following the instructions.
