About this Position The Senior Master Data Specialist (E2E Coordination) plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of material master data-an essential backbone for smooth operations across supply chain, purchasing, production, and sales. By serving as a central coordination point, this role helps the business avoid delays, errors, and inefficiencies, enabling teams to make confident decisions and keep processes running seamlessly. As part of a collaborative and service-oriented master data team, you'll work closely with experts, controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting them with timely data maintenance, insights, and process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to influence how master data processes evolve, drive standardization, and contribute to key projects that shape how the organization manages its data. You'll also play an important role in supporting the team's development-from documentation upkeep to helping train new users-making you a trusted partner and an integral pillar of the team's success.What you´ll do

Responsible for accurate and timely creation and update of local material master data views (purchasing, MRP1-4, sales view, storage views, workscheduling, warehouse and QM) provided by the requesters (MD controllers/MD experts); Main person in charge for deletion and reactivation of materials, handling of projects and mass upload requests. Serve as a first level of support for the team
To contribute/initiate process improvement. Will be involve in project execution/ can be a project lead on all projects related to material master data
Responsible for various coordination in gathering the information needed for material master data maintenance in Sap Includes answering of queries/emails, monitoring of workflows and sending of announcement for activated materials
Responsible for generating master data download/reports, execution of change requests and master data clean up needed by the business
Supports the Team Lead in ensuring process documentation are up to date
Supports the team lead in providing training to users/ new colleague, in accomplishing administrative task such as overtime, KPI, utilization report etc.)
All other tasks/ activities assigned by the manager

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related field
Minimum of Five (5) years of related work experience in Master Data Management from a shared service industry; Background in Master data maintenance is an advantage
Intermediate Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
Experience in technical reporting and analysis using Microsoft and Power BI as well as experience in using VBA Macros, SAP Scripting is required
Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
