Will manage the final phase of construction projects, bridging the gap between construction completion and client hand over. Responsible for conducting final inspection, creating punch list, repairing deficiencies, preparing documents and ensuring units meet quality standards before turning them over to the owners. Unit validation and inspection, conducting thorough inspection ( Punch listing), ensure they they are complete and match the approved plans Preparing turn over reports, acceptance documents, and checklist for clients signature Coordinating between project development, construction and Sales Team.
