Brand Management2.1 Develop and execute campaigns to support specific marketing objectives in support of our overall strategic marketing plan2.2 Creates annual Marketing Plans and oversees annual Marketing Budget2.3 Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels2.4 Work with other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns across all relevant marketing channels2.5 Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly2.6 Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets2.7 Organizes relevant events to support brand and category growthB. Content Strategy and ManagementPosition: Marketing Manager Reports to: Brand Director Department: Brand Marketing Team Area: Bow & Wow2.8 Create and manage content for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support2.9 Engage customers with educational and solutions-driven approach to content marketing2.10 Assist the Head of Digital Strategy in defining the digital and social media strategy, as well as managing all digital assets of the brandC. Category Management and Business Development2.11 Develops and implements all Retail Merchandising initiatives, including consumer promotions, packaging requirements, and other in-store requirements.2.12 Collaborate with buyers and store executives to expand product categories and identify opportunity gaps2.13 Works closely with the Retail Director to implement tactical, category-driven campaigns that maximize category growth and visibility2.14 Handles business development initiatives including store expansions and renovation, supplier sourcing, and new business channels both online and online2.15 Mentors and coaches Pet Care Advisors on knowledge regarding products and pet parentingD. Loyalty Marketing2.16 Develops and implement a customer-obsessed membership program and loyalty marketing initiatives that contribute toward improving customer lifetime value and building customer loyalty and retention2.17 Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads3.0 Performance Indicators3.1 Sales Performance and Category Sales Performance 3.2 Return on Investment (ROI) for campaign executions 3.3 Timely and Complete Rollout of Projects 3.4 Foot Traffic and Online Traffic 3.5 Digital Fan Base, Social Interactions and Engagement 3.6 Membership Size and Membership Value 3.7 Marketing Budget, total spend and as a % of total sales 3.8 Team Performance Assessment4.0 QualificationsPosition: Marketing Manager Reports to: Brand Director Department: Brand Marketing Team Area: Bow & Wow4.1 Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university4.2 At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience in related field4.3 Proficient in basic business software applications4.4 Passion - Strong interest and desire to build the brand and the business.Embodies the brand, advocating healthy and sustainable living.4.5 Curiosity and Creativity - Always interested in the world around him/her.Constantly finds ways to innovate and think outside the box.4.6 Entrepreneurial Drive - Ability to look at the “Big Picture”.
