Job Description and Qualification: Responsible for monitoring daily packhouse operations, including regular coordination with supervisors and operators. Monitor activities performed by in-house and third-party contractors (VMI) by meeting completion deadlines. Responsible for gathering all technical data, including specifications of roto packer machines and bag placer equipment for packing operations, and submitting an analysis report. Analyze rotopacker performance to meet the KPIs on NAI, RI, and OEE and submit reports on a monthly basis. Responsible in empty bag management to avoid breakages resulting in poor housekeeping Responsible for all packhouse department documents such as MIS, IMS, RAMCO DATA, and other documents related to packing operational procedures. Responsible for packhouse operation planning, including PMS and SPS, and other activities relative to packing operations. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering At least 3 years of relevant work experience acquired from manufacturing-related industries Must be willing to be assigned to the Bulacan plant (board and lodging provided).
