This includes creating and executing a cohesive strategy for listing optimization, advertising, and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesResearchAnalyze the psychology of our target customers: quality-conscious, style-forward women and menResearch product features, benefits, and differentiators to craft attention-grabbing messagingEvaluate competitors and industry trends in concept, style, and functionalityMaintain a reference library of competitive ads, UGC, videos, and social assetsListing OptimizationCollaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listingsUse keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywordsAnalyze data and recommend changes to improve visibility and conversionAdvertisingPlan and execute Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)Monitor and optimize performance metrics: CTR, conversion rate, ROASLeverage data insights to iterate and improve ad performanceCustomer EngagementRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviewsUse customer feedback to guide product and service improvementsPartner with CS to ensure a seamless customer experienceRequirementsTechnical SkillsDeep understanding of Amazon ads and listing optimizationStrong analytical skills; confident making data-driven decisionsSoft Skills3+ years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven teamsLow ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iterationPassion for advertising and performance marketingExcellent communication and collaborationDetail-oriented and reliably meets deadlines with high-quality workExperience2+ years managing Amazon ads and listingsProven track record with high-performing content (ads, videos, articles)Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindsetCultureGreat Brands Start With Great PeopleOur culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
