Master's Degree (advantageous) MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification is mandatory. Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting Utilise advanced communication skills to convey technical concepts, negotiate contracts, and effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Knowledgeable in different standard methods of measurements such as NRM, RMM and MMHW. Proficiency in technical platforms such as COSTX, Power BI, Smartsheet, and BIM Measure is advantage
