- Lead a team of Network Account Manager and provide governance and monitor pipeline and other reporting requirements for the network team
- Maintain accurate tracking and progression through diligent pipeline management of the network team
- Partner with Client Service Teams and own the escalation, tracking and remediation of issues that impact the client
- Review and KYC record renewals and provide accurate summary to the ICE
- Cover of a defined client portfolio of names and management responsibility over the team's individual portfolios
- Execute on the regional Network client strategy for uncovering future opportunities alongside providing robust relationship coverage of clients where we hold their entire APAC wallet and be the key contact and escalation point for all network portfolio matters
- Understand Know Your Customer responsibilities, importance and requirements, and the ability to apply these principles to entire portfolio of assigned clients
- Bachelor Degree and relevant experience in Treasury Services sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Treasury Services sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management.
- Broad commercial banking product knowledge and/or experience such as cash management, payment FX, overdrafts and traditional trade products etc. Knowledge of treasury services products.
- Experience in managing a diversified and dynamic team with ownership of processes and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, and excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, time management and analytical skills; attention to details and clear focus on risks, controls and governance aspects of the business.
- Strong teamwork abilities, developing the team, capacity planning and hiring, training & scaling up when needed; ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Demonstrated, consistent professional presence with the ability to adapt to evolving needs and situations.
- Relationship maintenance and supporting the network accommodation client portfolio, liaise with client / US Banking & TMO partners to resolve issues
- Coverage support to clients & internal coordination; design / produce detailed relationship review and analysis, and monitor portfolio profitability and Ramp.
- Through disciplined pipeline management, discover new revenue streams and ensure the highest standard of client requirements are being met
- MBA Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting &/or Economics
- CFA or CPA is a strong advantage
- Background in client service or client facing roles a strong advantage
