The Content Marketing Manager would oversee the strategic coordination of brand content marketing for OP360. This role would report to the VP of Marketing, emphasizing creating positive brand awareness of OP360 solutions and services and helping grow revenue via value-added thought leadership content. Further, the Content Marketing Manager role will build our social media following, support paid media campaigns, create shareable, on-brand content, and track ROI. This role will create regular content reports and develop integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance the buyer's journey. Responsibilities: Content Development Content strategy, creation, and coordination between teams in the U.S., Philippines, and Colombia. Concept and create collateral to support campaigns end-to-end throughout the buyer's journey, including email nurtures, web copy, paid ads, blogs, case studies, infographics, eBooks, etc., in a way that optimizes lead nurturing processes across channels. Work directly with the Support, Social, Production, and Creative Teams to identify and co-develop areas for process improvement and new efficiencies. Further, refine the OP360 brand identity and voice and review all content created by sales and shared services external communication to ensure consistency. Corporate Communications - work with our current content writer to lead internal communications and press releases. Social Media Management Lead channel strategy, frontline engagement, and escalations in partnership with the social team responsible for posting and monitoring channels. Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence. Create shareable, 'thumb-stopping' content specific to networks to build awareness and drive leads. Content reports and analytics using available tools: Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI with quarterly reports detailing: Traffic, % New Traffic, User Behavior Flow, Conversions, Impact Revenue, etc. Manage, measure, and optimize paid media campaigns. SEO analysis and implementation. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry. Requirements Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. B2B writing and BPO experience are a plus. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Understanding of Google Analytics or other equivalent data platforms. Command of social media channels and knowledge of best practices. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
