Role RECRUITER, II Main Objectives and Duties Manages Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Area Ensures compliance with Recruitment KPIs. Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve goals. Ensures hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing for the right position. Ensures Application and Follow-up of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement procedures. Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff. Reviews and updates Recruitment, Selection, and Placement procedures. Implements enhancements where needed. Recommends strategies to increase headcount. Enhance Company Branding Facilitates educational tours as required. Coordinates with universities for placement and other school activities. Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities based on company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors. Conceptualizes sourcing collaterals. Achieve 5% Conversion Rate Monitors total number of hires from identified sourcing strategies. Identifies and reviews low-yielding sourcing strategies. Recommends initiatives to improve productivity of low-yielding strategies. Enhances social networking capabilities. Qualifications Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related area. Bachelor Degree.
