Key Responsibilities: Perform early morning monitoring (4:30-6:30 AM Manila Time) of Azure ADF pipelines, case management processes, and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve ADF/Appian-related issues. Manage incidents (P1/P2) and address business-reported issues. Support Appian upgrades, Pen Testing, UAR, and infra/security change validations.
