Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Receives inbound calls (residential customers) Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues and answering questions (product, billing, etc.) Upgrade customer orders Agents must attempt to save customers who have decided to cancel their account Qualifications: Completed at least High School or Senior High School (K-12) (with no back subjects) Fresh graduates and candidates with no call center experience are encouraged to apply (for select accounts only) At least six (6) months of call center experience or six (6) months of Sales experience in any industry is an advantage With good communication skills Requirements: Skills: Teamwork, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Abilities, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
