CAD Operator

• Produces, layout or detail components to resolve design, shop and as-built drawing problems.
• Consults AutoCAD Supervisor and coordinates with other AutoCAD Operator re: layout, or detail components/systems and to resolve drawing issue.
• Prepares, produces and reproduces drawing as required in acquiring applicable permits.
• Modifies and revises drawings as instructed by AutoCAD Supervisor.
• Produces drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems and not limited to other advance software such as Sketchup, BIM Revit, etc.
• Conducts field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction & as-built drawings.
• Lays out and draw sketches, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components systems.
• Produces and duplicates drawings and documentation using blueprinting, or other duplicating methods.
• Produces documentation packages and drawings sets which are then checked and assembled by the the AutoCAD Supervisor, PIC and QAQC
• Preforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by superiors.
