Key Account & Partnership Management
- Assess existing partnerships and client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop strategies to strengthen strategic accounts and improve long-term partnership value.
- Provide insights to leadership on competitive positioning, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities.
- Identify high-value business opportunities and guide the business development team in pursuing them.
- Develop territory and industry strategies to expand into new markets and sectors.
- Lead strategic planning for account development, including industry analysis and opportunity mapping.
- Support research initiatives related to industry trends, market opportunities, and potential service expansion.
- Provide strategic direction for positioning proposals to maximize value for both the organization and clients.
- Monitor the progress of active opportunities and help resolve internal or external dependencies to move deals forward.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and strategic partners to support business growth and influence outcomes.
- Oversee contract negotiation and ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms.
- Address performance or compliance issues related to client engagements.
- Manage contract variations and obtain necessary approvals where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing commercial processes and benchmarking best practices.
- Ensure collaboration across business and support functions to meet client commitments while protecting organizational interests.
- Provide leadership with regular market insights and recommendations for potential product or service enhancements.
- Oversee strategic and operational sales, marketing, and customer relationship activities.
- Lead the implementation of business development plans to expand into new markets and industries.
- Evaluate risks and potential value associated with new opportunities.
- Develop negotiation strategies that align potential ventures with broader organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 7 years of experience in selling technology products or services.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing key accounts.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Proven experience operating in a corporate or enterprise-focused environment.
- Experience leading teams and managing performance.
- Ability to manage and resolve commercial or operational issues within client engagements.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and services within the industry.
- Deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Strong professional network within relevant industries.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage profitability, budgets, and ROI considerations.
