You'll work closely with the SOC team and other cross-functional teams to enhance threat detection, streamline incident response, and strengthen our overall security posture.Job Role and Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize security tools and platforms
Lead automation of security operations and incident handling
Coordinate response efforts during major security incidents
Collaborate with GRC and SOC teams to address risks and improve threat detection
Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management
Mentor junior security engineers and support project delivery
Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
5+ years in cybersecurity operations or engineering
Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, EDR, and vulnerability management
Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud, network, and endpoint security
Certifications like CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or GIAC are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage high-pressure situations
