Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, addressing any issues that arise. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Industries Public Sector Solutions. - Strong understanding of Apex programming language and Salesforce platform capabilities. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications. - Proficient in using Salesforce tools such as Visualforce and Lightning components. - Ability to create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows within Salesforce.
