Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in tracking and updating inventory of indirect materials (consumables, packaging, supplies, PPE).
  • Help gather material requests from different departments.
  • Support data entry and file organization (Excel or system-based).
  • Participate in physical inventory checks.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports as needed.
  • Learn basic planning processes like stock monitoring and reordering.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
  • Currently enrolled in a BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related course.
  • Endorsed by school for internship/OJT.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions.
PREFERRED:
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts from school projects.
  • Interest in materials planning or logistics.
