The Office / Site Engineer provides technical & administrative support to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related problems. Documenting project issues/conditions Maintaining organized and detailed project records.Duties and Responsibilities:Project Management

Assist in project planning and scheduling ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget
Oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications
Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any issue of discrepancies
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Monitor project cost and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Identify cos-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
Manage inventory and ensure that adequate resources are available for project execution
dentify and resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise during construction.
Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status, milestone and any issues.

Comply with the company policies and participate in the company programs and activities
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
