Contact insurances for claim inquires, unspecified denials, patient eligiblity status and request for claim processing if necessary.
Explain reasons for claim denials, provide claim and appeals status, process request for claim adjustments, etc.
Make outbound calls to patients and service providers to discuss or clarify about the medical claims in question or request for medical records
Update and accurately process rebills, billing or corrected bills on a timely basis.
