As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization ofmulti-channel paid media campaigns while managing a team of specialists to delivermeasurable growth. You will oversee campaign planning, performance analysis, and clientrelationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In addition to driving innovation andcollaboration across departments, you will monitor budgets closely, assess risks ofoverspending, and implement controls to maximize efficiency and return oninvestment—positioning the company and its clients at the forefront of paid media excellence.A. Strategic Leadershipa. Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn,TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Spotify, and programmatic platforms.b. Align paid media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives,ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are consistently met.c. Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize efficiency andprofitability.B. Campaign Managementa. Direct end-to-end campaign execution: keyword strategy, audiencesegmentation, landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and analyticsintegration.b. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively optimizing campaigns toachieve growth targets.c. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaignperformance.C. Analytics & Reportinga. Translate complex data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads,TikTok Ads, and other platforms into actionable insights.b. Deliver clear, strategic performance reports to leadership and clients,highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.D. Cross-Functional Collaborationa. Partner with Creative, Copywriting, SEO, UX, Social, Content, and Tech/DevOpsteams to ensure cohesive execution of paid media campaigns.b. Integrate paid media into the broader marketing mix, driving synergy acrosschannels.E. Client & Stakeholder Managementa. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations, presentingstrategies, and leading pitches.b. Communicate campaign progress, OKRs, and strategic recommendations toleadership and stakeholders.F. Team Developmenta. Mentor and guide junior paid media specialists, ensuring high-quality output andprofessional growth.b. Standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to elevate teamefficiency and consistency.Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Project management experience preferred.
