Conduct Comprehensive quantitative and qualitative user research (user interviews, surveys, usability studies, etc.) to gain insights into user vehaviors, preferences, and pain points, and apply these findings to inform product and design decisions.Data Analysis
analyze and interpret research data, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, to identify patterns, trends, and opprotunities for improving the user experience and driving product enhancements.Accessibility Compliance
Ensure that user experiences adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines, conducting accessibility audits and recommending design and development adjustments to make products inclusive for users with disabilitiesCross-functional collaboration
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that user insights are integrated into the design and developments processes, serving as an ambassador for a user-centric approach in the product lifecycle.Data-driven Problem Solving
Able to create solutions that are innovative and driven by data, either from internal or external (studies, standards, etc.) sources.Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Research and Strategy
- Gathering and analyzing user behavior
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Create reports, insights, and actionable strategies for stakeholders and product owners
- Up to date with the latest tools that are compatible with our tech stack
- Able to communicate and collaborate with Engineers to implement and enhance data analytic tools
- Partnership with the internal Tech teams in improving data adoption and automation
- Utilizes existing data structures to create insights for products, departments, and Etaily as a whole
- Able to design systems that best fit the product or project at hand
- Assist inter-department projects with UX research methods and tools
- At least 1 Year established Industry Experience is a must, Senior roles are welcome to apply
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Design (UI/UX, Multimedia Arts, Digital), Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Statistics, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and collaboration, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and business and entrepreneurial acumen
- Having UI/UX Certifications (Usability, Interaction Design, UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction) is a plus
- Proficiency in Figma and in using Data Analytic Tools is a must
- Applicant should be up-to-date in design and accessibility standards and has design thinking mindset.
