- Assist in planning and directing the activities of the finance and accounting department
- Oversee the preparation of financial performance reports required by the Execom and Department Heads
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day revenue management operations, including client costing, CE creation and uploading, and other transactions
- Provide insightful information to executives to support both long-term and short-term decision-making
- Prepare financial data and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Coordinate with internal clients to complete assigned tasks within the deadline
- Analyze discrepancies in financial reports and implement appropriate resolutions
- Assist Department Heads and DBMs in budget preparation and expense management activities, as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin and Finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, must be detail-oriented and possess good analytical skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Familiarity with using accounting system software
