You will be a part of a Product Engineering team.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

Perform engineering testing, evaluation with physical samples in production line.
Use Data Exensio for data extraction, trend analysis, monitoring, and reporting of production or engineering lots.
Generate Minitab data plots (e.g. box plot) to support engineering analysis.
Perform product characterization (CZ) submissions, including compiling data and summarizing findings.
Perform early engineering analysis on the failed units which includes data validation, curve tracing etc.
Supporting analysis on engineering data required for customer qualification reports.
Manage engineering samples preparation including EBR (Eng Build Request) submission and samples ordering.
Participating in yield, quality improvement initiatives through engineering data anlysis.
Perform Agile submissions for new part setup, BOM (Build of Material) creation and updates, Routing approvals
Uphold 5S practices in the Product Engineering Samples Lab to ensure organization, safety, and efficiency.
Perform PR/PO submission.

Qualifications:EducationDiploma / Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics).SkillsBasic understanding of discrete semiconductor products.Competent in MS Office and basic engineering and statistical data analysis.Experience1 to 5 years experience in manufacturing, testing, or engineering environment preferred.Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Good communication and reporting skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes.About Us:onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
