Work Schedule: Full-timeWe are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, treasury, and reporting. This role provides strategic direction and ensures that all financial practices align with internal goals and external regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of finance and accounting policies and proceduresSupervise core finance functions: controllership, treasury, and financial planning & analysisOversee month-end and year-end closings and the preparation of accurate financial statementsEnsure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirementsManage relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, BIR) and ensure timely submissionsPrepare, monitor, and analyze the annual budget and provide performance reports to leadershipMaintain robust internal control systemsDevelop and manage a high-performing finance team, supporting their growth and trainingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; Master's degree is an advantageMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance leadership, preferably in a large or complex organizationStrong technical background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting principlesProven experience in managing finance teams and driving operational excellence
